What you need to know

Please read this information carefully so you can fully engage and receive all that God desires to do during the Made New in Christ Conference.

Conference Schedule

The conference will take place over multiple sessions across several days.
Days 1–3 will begin at 9:00 a.m.
Please plan to arrive by 8:30 a.m. on the first day to check in, receive your name tag, and complete any remaining registration items.
Sessions will conclude at approximately 7:00 p.m. each evening.

We strongly encourage you to attend and participate in every session, as each one builds upon the last and is essential to the full experience of the conference.

Breaks & Meals
Short breaks will be scheduled at regular intervals throughout the day, roughly every 2½–3 hours.
Please note that breaks may not always occur at the exact same time each day.
There will be one main meal break each day.

We recommend:
Eating breakfast before arriving
Eating during the scheduled meal break
Bringing lunch and snacks

Medical & Personal Needs
If you have a medical condition or personal need that may require you to step out of sessions more frequently, please notify the conference team prior to the event so we can support you as best as possible.

You are free to step out at any time; however, please understand that teaching and ministry moments may not be repeated.

You are responsible for your own health and well-being throughout the conference. Please consult your physician beforehand if you have concerns about your ability to participate fully.

Dress Code
Please dress comfortably and modestly, appropriate for a public indoor setting.
You may wish to bring a sweater or light jacket, as room temperatures may vary.

Name Tags
All participants will receive a name tag. Please wear your name tag visibly during all sessions and return it at the end of each day.

Participation & Speaking
The Made New in Christ Conference is designed to be interactive, including teaching, reflection, prayer, and discussion.

No one is required to speak publicly.
If you would like to share or ask a question, please raise your hand and wait to be acknowledged.

During Sessions
To honor the presence of God and the experience of others, we ask that during sessions you refrain from:

Using phones or electronic devices
Recording audio or video
Taking photos
Engaging in unrelated work or conversations

We invite you to be fully present and open to what the Holy Spirit is doing.

Confidentiality
We ask all participants to honor the confidentiality of one another.
Personal stories, prayer moments, and shared experiences should be treated with care and respect. While we cannot guarantee confidentiality, we do ask everyone to protect the privacy of fellow participants and what is shared during the conference.

Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of conference materials is not permitted.
