The 3-Day Journey
Orientation & What to Expect
Before the journey begins, participants are gently oriented to the structure, rhythm, and heart of the Made New experience. This preparation helps participants remain present through moments of discomfort while distinguishing between emotional experience and spiritual transformation.
Made New in Christ is facilitated, never forced. Teaching is Scripture-centered and intentionally minimal, creating space for the Holy Spirit to work. Facilitators guide the process, but do not fix, diagnose, or pressure participants toward outcomes.
Participation is always voluntary. There is no expectation to share personal details publicly. Confidentiality is sacred, and participants are free to step out, rest, or care for themselves at any time.
This is not group therapy or counseling. It is a Christ-centered, Scripture-guided environment that invites personal response to God.
Day 1 - Awareness
Seeing Clearly Before God
Day 1 is about awareness, not fixing or changing.
Participants are invited to notice ways of thinking, believing, and living that have formed apart from trusting God. Scripture gently reveals the old self, patterns, narratives, and coping strategies that may feel normal but do not lead to life. This day creates space to see clearly and honestly, without shame or pressure, trusting that God reveals what He intends to redeem.
Day 2 - Encounter
Meeting Jesus at the Cross
Day 2 centers on Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross.
What has been brought into awareness is now brought into the light of grace. Participants are invited to encounter Jesus as Savior and Lord. Repentance is framed as surrender, and forgiveness is grounded in Scripture rather than emotion. This day is receiving what Christ has already accomplished.
Day 3 - Transformation
Living From a New Identity in Christ
Day 3 anchors participants in their identity as new creations in Christ.
Rather than focusing on behavior change, this day centers on assurance, union with Christ, and learning to live from what God says is true. Participants are invited to step forward in ongoing discipleship, grounded in the finished work of Jesus.
